I confirm that, in learning objects where screencast is used, I have obtained permission from the publisher.
The learning object has been rights-cleared with the author to be covered by a Creative Commons CC BY–NC. This licence allows others to adapt, including altering and adjusting, the work for a non-commercial purpose. The new work must credit the original source and have a non-commercial purpose, but does not have to be licensed on equivalent terms.
To be able to use LearningLib, you must accept that we store your name, your email and your institutional affiliation on the server. We share only your name and institutional affiliation on the website, in order to make your material available and searchable.
A user's password is personal and must not be shared with others.
I confirm that LearningLib may log my user activity for 6 months; the logging consists of username, public IP, action on the website and the time of the action. We never log passwords or personal ip’s.
Once a year we will clear out the user database.
You can ask us at any time to delete your information and your material from the server.
